Our Story
The foundation was born from a deep commitment to giving back, inspired by the longstanding tradition of community support instilled by the Moffitt family. With decades of experience in disaster response and philanthropic efforts, the leadership of Moffitt Services saw an opportunity to formalize their charitable work and expand their reach through structured initiatives.
From humble beginnings, MLF has grown into a powerful force, hosting signature fundraising events such as the Moffitt Crawfish Festival and the Moffitt Charity Golf Tournament. These events not only bring people together but also serve as vital fundraising efforts to support other 501(c)(3) organizations, including Boots for Troops and Texas EquuSearch.
